Mr. Clayton has served as a Special Justice on the MS Supreme Court and as a member of the
Complaints Tribunal of the Mississippi Supreme Court.

He has more than forty years of experience in business, commercial, construction, contract, estate
and trust and insurance litigation. In 2009, he completed the Harvard Negotiation Institute's
mediation course and now serves as a mediator in addition to his litigation practice.

At the University of Mississippi Mr. Clayton served on the Mississippi Law Journal and as
Chairman of the Honor Council.
